Standard visibility requirements. Corner side same as exterior street rules if bordering exterior street.
Materials Allowed
Exterior streets: 3 or 4 board wooden fencing with wood posts only. Colors: white, black, or dark brown. Interior subdivision: any type on sides/rear.
Materials Prohibited
Exterior streets: opaque fences, chain link prohibited. Barbed wire prohibited on all single-family residential lots (except legitimate agricultural use). Chain link prohibited around stormwater facilities (2022).

Design Requirements
Equestrian-style fencing required along exterior streets. Opaque fences allowed if outside 60-ft rural viewshed AND not visible from public road at any time of year. Galvanized wire on equestrian fences: must be unpainted or match fence color.

Intercom/keypad must be at least 15 ft from ROW to prevent traffic backup. Gates: min 20 ft from ROW.
