Away from any street and the BeltLine, fences and walls: 6 ft max.
Height Notes
Walls in the strip between building and street: 24 in max, unless the slope of the land requires a taller retaining wall. Outdoor dining may be separated from the sidewalk only with movable planters, fencing or similar barriers, 36 in max including any plants.

Notes
Governed by the BeltLine Overlay District, Atlanta Code Chapter 36, which sits on top of the underlying zoning. The overlay does not reach an existing lot of record zoned R-1 through R-5 or Special Public Interest unless the lot physically touches the BeltLine Corridor with no right-of-way in between.
