Height - Front Yard
6 ft max if adjacent to public road ROW OR in front/side of house in residential district

8 ft max general; 6 ft if adjacent to public road ROW. Height includes posts/ornaments, measured from grade on both sides.

Max 6 ft exposed height within 5 ft of property line. Height may increase 5 ft per each additional 5 ft of setback. Tiered walls must be 5 ft apart.
