8 ft max, and no variance can exceed it. Apartment, business and mixed-use districts: 10 ft. The industrial M and M-2 districts are exempt from height and material rules entirely.

Height is measured along the finished ground next to the fence; within 15 ft of a street, if the street sits higher than your yard, height may be measured from the street instead. Subdivision entrance monuments: 6 ft max. Monument walls in a front yard: 10 ft max.
