Height Notes
Peachtree Corners has its own zoning ordinance and does not follow Gwinnett County's rules. Front yard fences may reach 6 ft on a corner lot, around a stormwater pond, or where the ground slopes enough that extra height keeps a level 4 ft look. Each of these needs Director of Community Development approval and is not automatic. Subdivision entrance walls and fences: 10 ft max, with director approval after review of a landscape plan, site plan and design drawings. Holcomb Bridge Overlay: may be applied to parcels inside the boundary mapped in the zoning ordinance. Its standards cover townhome, multifamily and commercial development. The ordinance doesn't say how fence height is measured.
